Onsite Support Service - Onsite Support

ITECH hires technical human resources that have been trained with expertise and experience in IT system administration to help customers manage the IT system at the place of installation or use of the system. Designated personnel will work at the client's site or installation site, complying with the Customer's internal rules and job descriptions within the scope of responsibility.

Scope of work:

Support for users in matters related to the use of computers and other information technology facilities:

- Install operating systems and popular office applications.

- Support users for problems caused by hardware or software related to information technology equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, desk phones ...

- Install and configure other IT application systems to serve the employees' work to meet the company's job requirements.

Remote Site

ITECH provides service to support operation, configuration or troubleshooting related to customer's IT system according to each specific case and time.

When using technical support services over the phone, customers are provided with a support contact point when needed as well as have access to ITECH's technical support system to look up technical information. serving IT system problem handling.

The team of service personnel will work at ITECH until there is a call to request customer support, perform support, or troubleshoot via phone or onsite to perform.

Scope of work:

In relation to the user:

- Install operating system, office applications.

- Support users for problems caused by hardware or software related to information technology equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, desk phones ...

- Install and configure other IT application systems to serve the employees' work according to the job requirements of the company.

Regarding IT infrastructure system:

- Install, configure and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems such as servers, routers, switches, firewall, ...

- Check and fix problems related to the system or coordinate with relevant departments, service providers according to the instructions of the responsible department of the customer.

- Coordinate with suppliers to upgrade or correct problems related to telecommunications lines, IT equipment.

IT system management:

- Install, configure and manage IT infrastructure system.

- Monitor, periodically report system status and propose appropriate upgrade and replacement plan to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the IT system.

- Check and fix problems related to the system or coordinate with relevant departments, service providers according to the instructions of the responsible department of the customer.

- Coordinate with suppliers to upgrade or correct problems related to telecommunications lines, IT equipment.

- Manage IT equipment and materials within authorized scope.

Scope of work:

- Each IT staff can serve up to 100 users.

- Each IT staff member serves a maximum of 02 (two) system installation locations and these two locations are not more than 10km apart from each other by road.

- Each IT staff can manage maximum server system not exceeding 10 physical servers.

- IT staff working during business hours and at agreed working locations
